UN-NAMED CART
James Selby, of Butler's Green, was summoned for allowing his cart to be used, without having his name painted thereon, on the turnpike-road at Watford, on the 16th ult., and William Larkin, the driver, was charged with using it.
The defendant, Selby, pleaded guilty, and stated in extenuation that the name was only written in chalk.
The defendant, Larkin, also admitted the offence.
The defendants were each fines 1s, and 12s. 6d. costs. Paid.
