PARISH CHURCH V S PAUL'S CHURCH

A Cricket Match was played on Saturday, June 31st, between the choirs of the Parish Church [St Mary's, Hemel Hempstead] and S. Paul's Hemel Hempstead, and resulted in an easy victory for the former by an innings and 30 runs. The batting and bowling of A Keen and the bowling of W Williams contributed largely to the success of S. Mary's Choir. Captain Cooper was kind enough to lend his ground and provide refreshments for the teams. Score--
