Many people who visit genealogy sites are interested in the more recent past and if you are looking for old school friends it could be well worth trying this site. It allows you to put your name and leaving date down as a former pupil at your old school - and possibly contact former class mates. I checked my old school and there were details of several who I remember - and the number will undoubtedly grow.
