The Family Text from circa 1790
This starts
with the birth of John Lewin in 1735 and ending with the birth of John's
(youngest) daughter, Sarah, in 1789. Two child deaths are on a separate
page. The text appears to have been written by John himself, most likely
into the new bible in about 1790.
