Many of the cards produced by Fred Spurgin
are unsigned and this page gives examples of cards produced
in two different series where the later card appears to be a
redrawn version of the earlier card. Of course such
comparisons can be dangerous as the example of "It
is very Breezy" shows that "copies" may be by
different artists. However it is not unreasonable for an
artist to reuse his own pictorial idea with a different theme.
